Meet the Team

The Build for Better Lives project has been in the works for almost two years and there have been some members of staff from Nottingham Community Housing Association who have been working hard behind the scenes to make this dream become a reality. The steering group have been working hard every step of the way, organising fundraising, recruiting the service users and making sure that the trip is as successful as possible.

 I’m most looking forward to being a part of giving 9 young people this once in a lifetime opportunity to experience not only a different country but also a different culture, society & way of life. - Alex, Support Worker

The team going on the trip consists of three of the members of this steering group and nine of the young persons service users who were recruited along the way. Project manager Sam along with support workers Matt and Alex recruited the nine young people from Nottingham, Retford and Grantham who are all looking forward to making the most of this opportunity.
